The Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts has elevated our university to new heights of artistic distinction, thanks to support from our visionary community of donors. From cutting-edge performances to traditional classics, you can find illuminating presentations nearly every week of the academic year at the Mondavi Center.

During the Expect Greater campaign, we have expanded our world-class programming to include major acts like the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Ballet Preljocaj, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic with Gustavo Dudamel. We also developed new opportunities for audiences, artists, and visitors to engage with the creative process, resulting in approximately 370,000 tickets sold during the campaign.

We have made the performing arts more accessible to people of all ages through culturally rich education programs, student matinees, K-12 classroom visits, and collaborative opportunities with faculty. And, with free and reduced-price performances, anyone can benefit from our expansive and inclusive programming, so we can make the arts an integral piece of the community’s fabric.

Patrons of the arts have ensured the Mondavi Center will continue to be a destination for audiences of all backgrounds to connect with some of the finest music, dance, and theater, as well as a signature space where innovative artists can push the boundaries of creativity, enriching lives for many years to come.
