The Graduate School of Management is opening doors for the collaborative leaders of tomorrow. Donor-funded scholarships have made a graduate business education affordable for students and created opportunities for diverse, innovative graduates to change the world for the better.

The Mike and Renee Child Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, greatly expanded by the Childs and donors during the campaign, organizes the annual Big Bang! Business Competition to inspire promising ideas and help bring them to fruition. The competition has been helping entrepreneurs start or grow business ventures for more than two decades through workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

Together, we have grown the strength of our faculty to even greater heights. In 2021, alumni couple Joelle and Michael Hurlston made a gift to endow the deanship of the Graduate School of Management, providing funds in perpetuity for teaching, research, and outreach at the dean’s discretion. This support of our leadership offers even more collaborative learning opportunities for our students to excel in an ever-changing global economy.
